Hi, My SSL certificate was expired, so I charged $49 then renew the certificate. But when I follow the steps until #8, I update the certificate list and there is one expired certificate and no “Request Certificate” button at all.

So, I think I need your help, thanks.

If you do not see the renewal credit or the Request Certificate link, you will want to refresh your list with the ‘Click Here’ link just under your menu buttons. If you still do not have this option, please contact our Support Team to have your account reviewed in detail.
