I had my certificate installed by server owner because I am only a reseller and did not have access to the root.
Now he says that I need a ca bundle to complete the installation.
What is it and where do I get it?

Here is the information I found when testing the SSL for your site:
yourbeststethoscopes.com resolves to 208.97.52.181
No SSL certificates were found on yourbeststethoscopes.com. Make sure that the name resolves to the correct server and that the SSL port (default is 443) is open on your server’s firewall.
You will want to talk to your developer for assistance in making sure you get the certificate installed on the hosting server.
