@balancegraph
I’m sorry to hear you are having troubles accessing your website. At this time it appears that I am able to access all three of the URLs you have provided without issue. In regards to http://www.balancegraph.com, I have also used a third party website, host-tracker.com, to check to see if it was resolving from various locations around the world, and there were no issues. If you are still experiencing issues, what kind of error are you encountering?
In regards to http://www.dilarailman.com, I am unable to determine what picture is not showing as the website appears to display properly. If this is still an issue, could you provide more information on the location of the picture that is not showing and a description of the picture.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Well, now its my turn to look into an older topic ![]()
@balancegraph
I just checked the URL’s you mentioned above and from what I can tell all it working, even the ones you marked as ‘no access’ or ‘incorrect; no picture showing’.
Obviously I have to take a guess as to what picture wasn’t showing but when looking at the site I assumed it would be obvious so gathered it was either the green banner / bar or the blue picture of the same lady.
Still, I trust you don’t have any issues anymore ?

My site is every little time unavailable, in last 7-8 day about 5-6 times.
sites were visible on some locations (Countries and providers) and on some there is no response.
When godaddy fix problem it only temporally, so it very frustrating for me and my visitors.

I would like to be transfered to other server which doesn’t have this kind of problems.

@Nike,
I have reviewed the report provided and re-tested the resolution speed of your account currently through the same third party URL provided. At this time, your hosting account is responding with an average response time of 1.31 seconds from multiple geographic and ISP locations.
If you have issues that are occurring at intermittent times of the day, I would advise contacting our Live Support when these issues occur so we can investigate this matter further.
@ashleyd,
I did review the response times indicated and retested each of your addresses. We do receive similar results which I have reviewed with our advanced support team.
Currently, our investigation showed no specific issues could be found on the server your sites are associated with that would be causing these delays. We have even checked for high traffic load on the hosting server as well as the database server associated with your account.
As you seem to be running several sites from the same server, I would advise reviewing your resources in use as excessive use of RAM from open scripts or processes could be the cause of the slow load being encountered. You should be able to review your open processes being ran through the Hosting Control Center interface of your hosting account.
You will want to refer to the information provided in the following URL for viewing and ending Processes that are running on your hosting account:

We’d be happy to try and look into this for you, but we are going to need the domain in order to do so. Also, if you could provide a traceroute we can check for possible connectivity issues. A traceroute can be run using the directions in these articles:
