Video Me Upload stops abruptly

When trying to upload a video to my video me account it abruptly stops uploading about one third of the way through. Solutions anybody?

I have not seen that issue. Are you able to replicate the error on a different browser? Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection? Any additional details would be helpful. We will create a ticket to test this, however I would like to know if you can replicate the error across multiple browsers.

I get the same result using Explorer, Chrome and Safari and it seems to happen during the day, ie. 8AM through early evening. I am able to complete my uploads early in the morning so maybe this has to do with internet traffic either on my end or on GoDaddy’s Video Me Server.

The next time you encounter the error, please perform a trace route to the URL so we can attempt to determine where the connection ends.
