virtual server not responding

my virtual server csubuprd2 with domain clientenet.com is not responding any pings neither http requests (http://www.clientenet.com/stendhal/Default.html). At the console I restarted but is taking too long time to reboot, and I can’t access by the console anymore.

Same here – called support – “known issue” but no ETA on recovery.

Has anyone experienced any data loss as a result of this outage? I have one virtual disk that is showing 120GB in VDC manager, but shows up empty in Windows. I make a backup and created a new clone from the backup, but the clone will not attach. VDC manager just says “Changing”.
Ideas? Going to log a trouble ticket also.
