cPanel logging me off

I’ve got cPanel installed on my VPS and in the past few days, its started acting up. At first, I wasn’t able to log in at all. Now, I can log in about once an hour, but only for a few minutes at a time before it times out and says my session has expired. Ten minutes I could understand, but less than two? What’s going on? Is there some setting I can change when I do get logged in? Is this an issue with the latest cPanel upgrade (that was done automatically by GoDaddy)?

I’m not specifically sure what would be causing this issue, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to directly access your server to see if there is an issue. I would recommend getting in contact with our Server Support team via chat, or by creating a trouble ticket:
