From what I can find, it looks like you would need a Virtual Dedicated or Dedicated server to run this program. You can find more information on our plans here:

Fedora 14 (our current offering) has it available by default (yum install nginx).

If you want centOS you will need to follow these instructions:

NOTE: I had to use a different mirror than what is listed to get the epel libraries. You will need to google for that.
