Problems Installing Joomla

I have tried to install a Joomla Template on my Virtual Dedicated Server, but when I put in the host, the database, the password and the user there is a message saying Table ‘st2012_we4.l0pbj_schemas’ doesn’t exist SQL=INSERT INTO l0pbj_schemas VALUES (700, ’1.7.3-2011-11-10′)

I have no idea what to do? The support doesn’t have a clue and basically just told me that it’s a template problem but it isn’t.
