we have register for new virtual dedicated server.
IPAddress:- 118.139.177.34
but we cant do RDP to the server it is getting very fustrating.

It looks like I can ping the server without issue, however we are unable to attempt to access the server via the Support Forums. I would recommend opening a Trouble Ticket or engaging in a live chat with our Server Support Team.
