error in windows RDP to virtual dedicated server

We have purchased new virtual dedicated server from Go- daddy server but
We can’t make an RDP to the server neither from windows RDP nor from Parallels Panel.
I tried so much but I can’t find any solution to make RDP to the Go daddy server.
It is getting very frustrating. so please guide me through the process.
