I’m not too clear on what it is you are wanting to do, however it sounds like you are wanting to redirect visitors to a specific web page. You can do this using a redirect script. There are several ways to complete a redirect. The following link has a few:

I currently have the Managed Backup Service plan (VPS). My understanding was a complete image snapshot of the server was taken. I’ve been informed I’m wrong, so my question is what directories and/or content is being backed up?

Our Managed Backups create a backup of all of the files that are not in use on the server. You can find additional details about our Managed Backup service in this article:

I am not very familiar with how Office performs in varying hardware environments. Hopefully others with experience using Office in different environments will be able to provide you with some feedback.
