I used OE and other software send the mail is error.
But pop3 is right.
The warn is “error connecting to smtp.qq.com”

Since you’re running email on a server, please refer to the following:

Setting up Email on Your Virtual Dedicated Server

Also, make sure that you setup the proper DNS, for smtp.qq.com to go to your server.
