We were not usind plesk or parallels and I found parallels tools installed on my server. I was uninstalling the parallels tools and I am not able to access the server. Escalated the issue. Any resoultions on this?

If you have already escalated this matter for review by our Server Support team via a Trouble Ticket, you would need to wait for a response from them on this matter. Unfortunately, we would not be able to review the status of a trouble ticket for a specific account over an open forum.
