404 (Page Not Found) Error

I designed my website in Dreamweaver CS4, and uploaded all files through FileZilla. All my pages work in Dreamweaver with no glitches. However, after uploading, I get the 404 (Page Not Found) Error. I’ve deleted my browsing history and cookies, and still no luck. I double checked all my links, and they seem to be working. Any ideas on what could be happening?
