I know you’re ‘resolving’ this and I don’t like harassing people that are already trying to fix something… but this is 3 full days now I’ve not been able to do my job, I’m losing real money here guys

What Is going on here? Why is this taking so long to resolve? I have a site I need to work on. Whats going on? Godaddy have issued no notice of this fault. For two days now I have tried resolving this thinking it was a problem my side. Can Godaddy at least give us a estimate as to when this issue will be resolved I have work to do! Intermitent….. load of rubbish! I have not been able to do anything for three days of continuous trying. I will be leaving Godaddy when my account expires.

What’s going on seriously?

Tickets being ignored. No service status update. No resolution timescale.

My company site meanwhile, is left half uploaded and incomplete.

I can see a lot of people leaving over this. It’s past the point where I had a choice.

We appreciate the updates you have been giving in regards to this issue, whether it has been fixed or not for you. If you are still having problems and have not yet posted an FTP log, please do so here so we can have it reviewed. We really do appreciate the patience as work to get everything resolved for you. Unfortunately, I do not have any details as to what the cause of the issue is or a timeframe of when everything will be resolved except that we are reviewing all the examples given by you and hope to have it done ASAP. Thanks again.
