500 Internal Server Error

I am having 500 internal server error.
The code is working fine on my local machine, I have also turned debug mode on, in web.config but still having the same problem. Please check the issue ASAP.

I have the same problem, i changed web.config settings with detailed error and debug mode true as you wrote on your frequently asked questions results. But still getting 500 error and cant see any detail about error. On the other hand i have no problem on my locak machine.

But there is a little ugly detail,
i shouldnt wrote my site here direcly because google cached this replies and shows on searches.
