i need help with a 500 internal server error i received this morning on my website. not sure what to do please help.

i’m using a wordpress template and modified the home.php and index.php files. seems to have happened after the home.php modification, but not sure.

after i got the error, i replaced both files via ftp with the original files provided with the theme. that didn’t fix it.

not sure what to do next.

website is: http://www.reframesf.com

I just got the same error message. The sites were working fine this morning all the way up until about five minutes ago. I’ve only been making changes to one – but it only included adding new posts and pages. No coding changes. ALL of my websites are coming up with this error.

I am currently able to access your website online. If you are still unable to access the website, you may want to try clearing the cache on your browser and then try accessing the site again.

Clearing Your Browser’s Cache

If the errors are intermittent, you may want to review your error logs (Only available on Deluxe and Ultimate hosting plans) or enable detailed errors to more accurately troubleshoot the error at hand.

Working with Error Logs

How do I enable Windows hosting accounts to show more detailed error messages?

Feel free to get in touch with our 24 hour support team so our tech guys can review your hosting account specifically.

hi adam. yes, it looks like it back up.

i tried to enable error logs but i don’t see where to do that in the settings section of the hosting control center. there is no error logs icon to click and update. see screenshot: http://www.reframesf.com/temp/error-logs.png

I didn’t do anything but wait. They finally came back online – but are still sluggish. I did notice there were a LOT of other people with the same issue at the same time as us, so I think whatever it was got fixed by the godaddy staff.

I just checked your site link and it seems like you are back up and running too? Hopefully you can see it on your end.
