hi, when accessing pages on my website, for some reason i get a 302 redirect header to a random 5 characters directory, which then redirects back to the original page. this is an unwanted behavior and it cases several problems for me with sitemaps, 404 errors, search engine indexing and more.

why is that happening and how do i fix it?

thanks

@global_paragon

Thank you for posting. The 302 redirects are filters setup to maintain the integrity of the hosting server. These filters are temporary and will be removed as soon as possible. At this time, you will not need to take action to resolve the issue.

We appreciate your patience,

Jason

thank you @JasonP for your answer. how soon can we expect this issue to be resolved? it is really not professional, not the service we are paying for, and it is causing us several problems with out website.

@global_paragon

If you would like to post the URL, I can verify if it has been removed. I am not provided timelines, however the redirect should not affect your visitors ability to access the site.

Keep me posted,

Jason

the url is http://www.globalparagon.com

the redirect affects us a lot with many SEO issues. when we bought a hosting space we weren’t aware that you are going to mess with it and redirect every page request to a new page with random 5 characters directory. this is very unprofessional and we ask you to stop doing it ASAP.

please let me know if it’s now done. if not please let me know when you’re going to stop doing it.

thanks

Please remember that these filters are temporary and will be removed automatically. At this time, there is no redirect affecting the site.

I’m having the same issue and it’s incredibly frustrating. http://www.thedistrictlights.com

It is seemingly random and it is ruining my users’ experience.

Please STOP doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Find another way to do whatever it is you are trying to do.

I’ve been getting this for 3 days now. A 302 redirect from the index.html page to some random directory.

I’ll probably be removed from Google.

DUMB!
