I have bought the Wordpress Hosting and was wondering if it could be change so I could host a standard HTML site? Is this not the case? I have tried to design the site using Wordpress but I find HTML easier to write and publish via Dreamweaver. Thanks Dan

@danrigby7
Our WordPress hosting is a Linux hosting plan that comes with WordPress pre-installed. You do not actually need to make any changes to your hosting plan in order to be able to host HTML pages.
If you need to uninstall WordPress so that your index.html file can load as your site’s homepage you can use the steps in this article:

I have followed the article to the letter but I’m still having issues viewing the site. I have set up the site in Dreamweaver with all the correct information but when I try and visit the site it comes up with a 403 Forbidden.

@danrigby7
Forbidden errors display when somebody tries to access a directory, file, or script without appropriate permissions. For example, if a script is readable only to the user and others cannot access the file, they’ll see a 403 error.
Invalid index files and empty directories can also cause 403 errors. For more information, check out this help article:
