Broken Links after Forwarding Domain

http://www.bethysbeautyspot.com/ is my domain name that i recently bought and forwarded to http://www.bethysbeautyblog.onsugar.com. I also in my settings at onsugar domain mapped it. After a couple days of doing this links on my site stopped working. Every time you click on them it comes back with a error 310, saying it has too many redirects. Ive deleted my cookies and cache and still the same. Its the same on chrome, explorer, and my phones browser. Ive tried googling for help but everything is for wordpress. Also my RSS feed link stopped working for my hellocotton profile http://www.hellocotton.com/mypage/bethysbeautyspot.

Based on how your domain name is currently resolving, it might be better to have the domain name forwarded to http://www.BethysBeautySpot.com instead of bethysbeautyblog.onsugar.com. You might also need to configure your blog service to work with the domain http://www.BethysBeautySpot.com specifically, being sure to include the WWW. Otherwise, I recommend contacting your blog hosting service to see if they have a preferred way to configure your domain name to work with their services.

I followed the steps they had listed in the help section here http://help.onsugar.com/Domain-Mapping-18873990. Help from the blog service has been useless because they wont respond. Ive sent 2 emails, a message to them on their official blog page, and i started a thread in the community help thread and have yet to hear back from them. I sent my first email on either Sunday or Monday. Im wondering if i should just undo the domain mapping part but i would like when people goto my blog they see the domain name i bought, because then what would have been the point of purchasing my own name. Im a first time purchaser of a domain name and this is the only blog I ever had. I dont know anything about html code. I made a website along time ago but aol did the html coding for me. If i have the domain name forwarded to bethysbeautyspot.com wouldnt there be nothing there?? Im thinking about stopping the domain mapping, exporting my blog to another site where i actually can find help for,and then mapping but it seems like more of a hassle and more stuff could go wrong. I like the site im using, except now i have to do some of my own html coding like links because the popup has decided not to work either.

The steps in the article you provided indicate that you should forwarding your domain name to http://www.yourdomain.com. When working with domain mapping with the WWW Cname, this does not affect the domain without the WWW. This is generally why you would want to forward your domain name to http://www.yourdomain.com, specifically including the WWW in the forward to address. Other than that, when I try to visit http://www.BethysBeautySpot.com/ at this time, it looks like your site is displaying properly.
