I’m attempting to connect to my website via FileZilla. I have previously uploaded files to the site with FileZilla and everything went smoothly. I am also having no trouble connecting to other websites.

I followed the steps in this article and have no had any results. I also changed my password and still cannot login via FileZilla or any other FTP Client.

@chrisbenincasa,

If you changed your password on your hosting account, please note that change can take up to 30 minutes to complete. That could possibly have caused issues with logging in after that change.

If you’re still experiencing problems with connecting via FTP, you may want to contact our Support team directly to review your hosting account:

@seanwei

This error typically indicates that incorrect FTP login information is being used. You may want to try resetting your password.
