CP Access

I’m trying to find where I can create a username and password for a helper to be able to get to the control panel, but not to our other account info and domain management. I can find where to create FTP access, but not control panel access.
Thanks.

@kellyj,
If this is regarding our Shared Hosting Plan you do not receive cPanel but our Hosting Control Center. The FTP credentials for this is created when initially setting up the account:
Resetting Your Hosting Account Password (FTP Password)
If you are accessing the Hosting Control Center externally then the credentials used to enter would be your Go Daddy Account credentials.
We offer cPanel only on our Virtual or Dedicated Server plans. For more information regarding these you may visit the following:

So to confirm, on my account, I do not have the ability to create a login that allows access to the hosting control center without also allowing the person access to our account and domain info?
Thank you.

@kellyj
We do offer an option to create a Hosting AccountExec. The Hosting AccountExec is an option that allows you to give another user permission to account your Hosting Control Center. The Hosting AccountExec does not allow them access to any other portion of your account. Information on working with this option can be found in this article:
