DNS Error

I finally got my custom web app up and working. It worked all day yesterday and today. But it finally stopped working giving an DNS Error. Nothing has changed in any config files nor was anything touched to cause it to stop working. I need some help.
My main website of http://www.crystalclearindy.com works, but http://www.crystalclearindy.com/xxxxx/xxxx.aspx
Its not the actual link due to the protection of tools for administration of business on it.

The DNS is not going to be different for these URLs. A DNS Error sounds vague. What is the exact error message that you are getting since we are unable to access the URL where this is occurring?

Oops! This page appears broken. DNS Error – Server cannot be found.

@bryansutherlin,
Could you provide a more specific URL example where this error appears? When testing your live pages for crystalclearindy.com, I am not able to duplicate the error or any URL appearing like ‘http://www.crystalclearindy.com/xxxxx/xxxx.aspx’.

“The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.” is the real error I get. It just redirects me to the DNS error page.
And since I really need to fix this, I can deal with the security risk.
The URL is: http://www.crystalclearindy.com/CCCCS/Login.aspx

@bryansutherlin,
I am still not encountering a redirect to a “DNS Error”, however I am seeing the “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred” message described. Looking over this further with our hosting team, this specific kind of error page commonly appears if a specific file name is being referenced within an IIS environment that has been setup to be treated like a Virtual Directory.
If you review your settings for the directory the Login.aspx page is in, you may find that this is exactly the case. Removing the Virtual Directory permissions from the file should resolve the error.

I am not sure what you are trying to tell me to do. From what I got from what you are saying is to have a virtual directory CCCCS with Anonymous Access and Set Application Root. And delete the virtual directory below that for Login.aspx . Is that what you mean?

@bryansutherlin,
My apologies for the delay. However, it looks like you were able to work out the correct permissions that were needed to get your http://www.crystalclearindy.com/CCCCS/Login.aspx address to resolve. When testing this, I see the page resolving without any ‘internal server error’ messages occurring.
Are you also seeing the same results from your end?

Yes I don’t know if I changed something to make it work or it worked itself out. I pretty much gave up on it for the day and tried to get on it hours later before going to bed and it was working.
Thanks for the help.
