Need some assistance as to why in FTP File Manager it is taking forever to load. How long should it usually take? There is a icon going clockwise and has not stopped for over 5 minutes.

I am not showing that there is any issues currently with the FTP File Manager. You may wish to log completely out of the Hosting Control Center. Once done, log back in and attempt to access the File Manager once more.

If you continue to have issues you may wish to contact our Support team as they will be able to review the specific account in question.
