How can I edit the source code for my html pages after I have uploaded them, without having to make the changes on my local drive, then re-uploading them?

@zdavid,

You can make changes to the coding on your site directly in your FTP File Manager in your hosting account:

Hope that helps.

<p>@zdavid – Editing the files on your local computer and uploading them again when ‘web ready’ is actually the best practice. It is also a good idea to keep backups on your local machine, just in case the edits do not go so well.</p>
<p>But it is possible to edit the files source code in the FTP File Manager:
