Error establishing a database connection (Wordpress)

Here’s my problem:
I install WordPress (like i’ve done a few times before) and I get the Successfully Installed WordPress message, but when I go to click the wp-admin link, I get the Error establishing a database connection message.
I’ve done everything the same as before, but this time I get the error message.
I even uninstalled and re-installed with the same error message.

I checked out your site and it appears that you were able to get Wordpress installed successfully. Let us know if you’re still having any trouble.

I setup a Wordpress site for a client today and everything went fine until just a minute ago when I received a Database Error. I’ve been working on it since about 9:00 this morning and all throughout the day I haven’t had any problems until now…any suggestions?
