Error message from domain – Office Live

I have forwarded my domain to Office Live, but the following message now occurs:

Hi Mark,
While not completely familiar with the error message you have received I did find some information online that stated this error may be due to an issue within Office Live and not having a Top-Level site collection created. You may do a bit of research in this regard to see if this helps. Otherwise, I’d recommend reviewing the domain with support to make sure it is pointing properly to rule that out as an issue. Sorry I don’t have more info.
