First all my site started asking for User Name and Password. Now Suddenly All my websites have started giving 500 error. They were working fine on Saturday,
The root folder on my File manager shows no permission at all, The root folder should have at least the read permission. I have noticed that it had Read permission before but now its gone. I think this is the problem.
Further more the site mnaseer.com has just an html welcome page, how can its code produce 500 error, It is a configuration issue not a coding issue.

I have submitted a few tickets but they are giving long, pre-written, Useless replies.

Please help All my sites are down and I am in great trouble…
My Main Domain is

@inaseer,

It sounds like you are having a permission issue with the Directories in the Hosting Account. You may want to review the steps found in the following:

Setting Directory Permissions with Windows Hosting Accounts
Setting Directory Permissions with Linux Hosting Accounts

If you continue to have these issue you may wish to contact our Support team request the account permissions be reapplied to the site.

Regarding the 500 error this would depend on the type of hosting plan you have the following may help depending on the plan:

How do I enable Windows hosting accounts to show more detailed error messages?
What do I do when I receive an Internal Server Error?

@Sherrod
Thanks for your post.
My Issue has been resolved. It was a permission issue as the root did not had the read permission and that i can not change. The support team reset the permission on my account and it started working.
