Getting the same thing… in fact I cannot make changes to my DotNetNuke site without getting Access Denied. I sent a incident in to support but thought I would add my 2cents here.

In most cases with this reported issue, permissions needed to be reset by our Support Team. Please contact them to resolve this issue and if you continue to experience this please reply to this thread and I will ensure proper handling.
