Some of our servers are currently experiencing an issue with FTP connections. Our teams are aware of the issue and they are currently working to resolve it. I was not given an exact timeframe as to when the issue will be corrected, but it should be resolved within the next 24 hours.

You can try uploading your files through our File Manager, as that has been found to be working without any issues. Some information on using the File Manager can be reviewed here:
