FTP: You are not authorized to access this page

I have an accountexc that has Infrastructure rights and when they click on FTP file manager they get the following error. You are not authorized to access this page. He is working on an MAC and I work on and PC and it is working just fine for me. Any ideas would be great thanks.

In order for for your AccountExec to have access to the FTP File Manager, you will need to make sure that they also have content permissions.
