Hi,

I would like to host multiple domains, one of which is on another customer account.

On account A, where I have the deluxe hosting plan, I’ve already added the domain address on account B onto the list of domains to host and pointed it to a subfolder.

On account B, I followed these instructions for the domain http://support.godaddy.com/help/664?locale=en
On step 5, I chose the option “I have a hosting account with these domains”.

I tried to upload an index page onto the subfolder on account A, with the hosting account, but it doesn’t seem to be linked to the domain name on account B. Have I done something wrong? Or do I just have to wait more? I did this about half an hour ago. Also I didn’t manually enter and nameservers anywhere.

Thanks!

@powerswithin

When the domain and hosting account are in separate GoDaddy.com accounts, you will need to manually update the domain’s A record to point to the IP address of the hosting account.
