Ok, so I’m trying to upload my site using Filezilla, but I can’t even connect. I tried at least a dozen times and it gives the same message every time:

@JayReed

When browsing to jayreedmusic.com it appears that you may be using InstantPage for this website as the navigation menu and owner login tab resemble an InstantPage website. If this is the case, you will not be able to FTP to an InstantPage account. You will need a hosting plan. You can view our plans at the link below.

If you already have a hosting plan, I would suggest reviewing your DNS to ensure that your domain is pointing to the IP address of your hosting account.

Additionally, if this is currently setup on an InstantPage site then you will need to cancel it so you can use the domain with a hosting plan.

Once it has been canceled for 24 hours you should be able to assign the domain to your hosting plan.

Once you have confirmed that your domain is associated with a hosting plan and DNS is setup properly, you should be able to connect to your FTP account without issue. If not, please contact our support department for additional assistance.

@ashwinxxl,

If your hosting account is still active, you should be able to access the hosting via FTP by using the IP address:

Thanks.
