I want to know how to create and upload/publish a website on my reseller account. I also need a information on managing my webhosting cpanel, and all other account cpanel that i am creating. Finally, do i need to register a domain seperatly or do it in my resller hosting cpanel?

First, you’ll want to determine what you are going to be using to create the website. If you don’t already have something in mind, you may want to check out the applications we have available through the Go Daddy Hosting Connection. These applications are web based and are installed directly into the hosting account. If you use a 3rd party site stand alone site builder (work on site offline), this article will show you how to upload the site:
