Our Windows 4GH plans do support Silverlight and the use of WCF RIA. You can find additional information on hosting this application here:

You should be able to host this web service on our hosting plans. Can you provide a little more information on where you are having difficulty? Are you receiving an error?

We do not have a web.config file sample for Silverlight. In order to use this application it is required that basic authentication be disabled on your hosting server. I am not able to determine through the forum if this has been done and as it is a setting you cannot make yourself I would advise you to contact our Support Team for an additional review.
Also, as you are receiving a 500 Internal Server Error, you should enable detailed error messages within your web.config file if you have not already done so:
How do I enable Windows hosting accounts to show more detailed error messages?
