All of my GoDaddy sites are down…I assume there is a server issue?

I am unaware of any shared hosting server issues at the moment. Feel free to post the effected URLs if you’d like us to take a look. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our 24 hour support team so our tech guys can review your hosting account specifically.

I am currently able to access each of the posted websites. I also checked your sites using a 3rd party tracking tool and it appears that your sites are accessible from multiple locations around the world. You can check out the results at:

http://host-tracker.com/check_res_ajx/10459898-0/

If you’re unable to access the site from a specific location, you may want to run a traceroute to the site to more accurately troubleshoot the connection issue.

@adamr I also cannot access any of my 10 websites that are hosted there right now. It’s on your end, not ours

If you too cannot access…how can it be on my end?

Feel free to post the affected URLs if you would like us to take a look.

I had no problem accessing your sites and can still access them. The 3rd party test I ran also showed that your sites were accessible from multiple locations around the world.

My website is also down…. and you guys keep lying abt the issue…. http://www.advartistech.com …………….. when would your server be up…. I was told by one of your support people that to avoid the heavy traffic from crashing your server, filters have been put which are barring the websites from being accessed… HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE???????????????

@advartis

I am currently able to access your site as well. You can check out the test results at:

@marco84

I am unable to access your website. I did a DNS lookup on the domain and it appears there is currently an issue with the domain’s zone file. I do not see any A record for the domain pointing to our servers. You will want to get in touch with your DNS hosting provider for assistance with updating the domain’s A record or point the domain to our hosting nameservers.

How do I find the IP address of my hosting account?

If you are unable to access your website, I recommend getting in touch with our 24 hour support team so our tech guys can immediately review the hosting account while the issue is present. It is sometimes difficult to troubleshoot these types of issues in the forum environment as we are typically unable to immediately address the problem at the time the issue is posted and do not have direct access to the hosting account.
