Hello all,
I’ve loaded PDF files onto the file manager. Hyperlinked those files but my site now request a user name and password to view those PDF files. How can I just view the files without a user name and password?
Thanks

The first thing I would recommend is making sure that the files are not in a protected directory. If they are not, can you post the URL where we can test this?

Protected vs. Non Protected could be based on permissions or code in your .htaccess file. If you would like, please post a URL where I can replicate the error.
