Hello. I’ve used the free hosting of Godaddy for my domain. Now I buy a new hosting and I want to move my domain there, because the Godaddy hosting has many ads. But I can’t remove domains. The button is in grey..How dose it works?

@caillou,
From your statement above, you purchased a new hosting account instead of upgrading the existing plan to a paid hosting account. While it is still in use the free account, you cannot setup the same domain on your new paid for account until the free plan has been canceled.
At this point, you options are to cancel the free hosting account so that the domain name can be freed for use towards your new paid for plan or upgrade the existing account to a paid plan. In either instance, you would need to follow the instructions in the following article to cancel the either the free account or the extra plan purchased:
Canceling Your Hosting Account
If you cancel the free account, keep in mind that you should make a backup of your uploaded content before doing so, as canceling this will permanently remove this from our system. Once you setup the new account with the domain, you can upload that backed up content via an FTP client.
If you prefer to upgrade the existing free account, you can do this through the following:
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Hosting Account
Should you go with upgrading the free account, you can reach out to our Live Support for assistance with refunding the additional account ordered.
