Multiple FTP users- cannot find information that works

Hello- I am wanting to allow another person to access my hosted files and have set up an additional user to allow this.
The additional user is restricted to only 1 domain.
However when I go to https://hostingmanager.secureserver.net/Login.aspx and log in with the additional users credentials it does not work- however it does work with my own. Ive checked and rechecked and changed it again to make sure Im using the correct unsername and password, but it keeps coming up invalid.
Ive tried searching the forums and help and keep coming back to ‘how to set up additional ftp users’ but is does not fix my problem.
Ive left a support ticket, but have not heard any reply.
Anyone know how I fix this to allow another user to access a limited part of my hosting.

Adding the additional FTP users would only allow those users to access your hosting via a FTP client, such as FileZilla. If you want to allow them access to your Hosting Control Center as well, you would need to make them Account Adminstrators:
