Parked adsite still blocking my domain

The website is set up using wordpress but nothing is coming up via barakgoldman.com or barakgoldman.com/wp-admin
Wordpress was installed in the root.
Checked Nameservers and CNAME as well as A record, the IP is pointing where it should and namesevers appear fine.
Forwarding is off. I am using WEBHOSTING and DOMAIN name via Godaddy and installed wordpress using the wordpress app.
baragoldman.com and http://www.barakgoldman.com, barakgoldman.com/wp-admin bring up testfindlive.com (some godaddy advertising placeholder? Nothing I set up.)
however, http://www.barakgoldman.com/wp-admin/install.php brings up the wordpress basic blog layout and sample pages, but no access to the dashboard.
Is this the right venue for this question to be addressed?

At the time of this posting I am able to resolve to a password protected site when visiting the site: barakgoldman.com. Also when I visit barakgoldman.com/wp-admin i am taken to a Wordpress Login screen to enter in the Admin area.
