Hi,

I wrote a php script to send contact form to my email. It works as expected but the messages end up in my junk folder even though the script uses the visitor’s email in the FROM header.

I would have used the godaddy’s own form mailing script, but that does not support Gmail.

I shall be thankful if anyone helps me.

Regards

If the email is getting flagged, I would recommend sending a copy of one of the emails to our Support Team for review. they will be able to scan the message and determine why tit is getting flagged.

Hi,

I found that my domain should have an SPF record for sending email. I created the following SPF record using the Godaddy’s DNS tool:

v=spf1 mx include:secureserver.net -all

Does this appear correct? I have a shared hosting account.

That record does look good. Did it solve the errors you were getting?

<p>I just sent a test message using the contact form on my website and it arrived in my Hotmail inbox. Previously the messages were being marked as junk. So it works :) </p>
