I’m forwarding this suggestion to our development staff for review and possible inclusion in a future update. We can’t just turn support for this on, it would have to be reviewed and if possible implemented in a future release.

In the meantime, it looks like you should be able to use this on a Virtual Dedicated Server.

I would also find this feature useful – I’m struggling to deploy and MVC 3 application – and without Web Deployment feature turned on, it’s a whole ot of hard work!
