Problems with my traffic logs

Please I tried following your instructions on viewing my traffic logs. My website is http://topqualityinfoproducts.com.

And I tried following the instructions on the ftp apache logs but they downloaded in a very scrambled text file that is unreadable.

Please My hosting plan is linux and I would appreciate it if there is a better way to view my traffic logs.

When you download the log files to your computer, you’ll want to make sure to save the file using ANSI encoding. If saved using a different encoding, you may have trouble viewing the logs.
