restore brand new hosting account (deleted)

So I just purchased a hosting plan for 3 months. just the standard one.
I made the payment and went to my account. As I paid for 3 months up front I wanted tot ry it out before payments started coming out monthly for this service (although i paid for 3 months up front)
I hit cancel account thinking that this would just stop the monthly billing…and BAM my entire brand new hosting account is gone… I literally purchased it 10 minutes ago…
I didn’t want to delete my already, just paid for, 3 month hosting account…just didn’t wanted the monthly payments (after 3 months) being taken

If the account has been delted, there is no way to recover it. You would need to purchase a new account and set that up. As for the canceled account, our Support Team can issue the refund, however you will need to contact them directly.
