Running a .EXE on 4G hosting plan?

Hi,
I am building a web app that users can sign up for and it will notify them when specific web changes change to have a specific word of text(my secret =p )
I built an EXE that gets which ones to check from a database, checks them all and emails the ones that were found to have the specific word. Waits 5min, then does it all over again. I’d like to run it 24/7.
I dont really anticipate having more than 20 sites at one time.
1)Would it cause any problems to run this on 4G hosting, is this allowed to run? Don’t want my account shut down.
2)How would I go about ‘starting’ the exe?

There is no way to run a .exe file in the shared hosting environment. In order to have admin access to run a .exe file, you would need to look into our Virtual Dedicated or Dedicated hosting options.
