Do Godaddy has separate control panel not show all my account information, because I want to allow the programmer to enter Control Panel to install my website, but I do not want him to see all my details information such as domains credit card information.

You can set up an Account Administrator where you can provide access to only your hosting plan and not your entire customer account. You can find instructions on how to set this up here:
