I am able to view 3 of the 4 sites you provided. Currently http://rakeshgoswami.in/ is showing a 404 Error page. If you are still unable to load your sites, could you please reply with a trace route?

I am able to access your site as well and we are not currently experiencing any server issues. Can you also reply with a trace route if you cannot access your site?

All my websites go down once in a while too.. Always for like 10 minutes at a time. Then all my websites come back online as if by magic.

Could you reply with your domains for additional testing? This may be a concurrent connection issue if the sites are intermittently available. Our Web Hosting accounts limit the maximum number of connections at one time. For more information on what these limits are, you can review this article:

Also the hosting control center runs slow.

I do not see any issues with your site at this time. I have extensively tested the server response time both internally as well as through external tests and all results were within normal response times. If you continue to see slow loading times for your site please provide our Support Team with the results of a traceroute and they will be able to test your site in greater detail.

Are you still experiencing this issue when accessing your site? I was able to access avenuefinancial.com without any issue. Should this continue to occur I would suggest providing our Support Team with a trace route and the following information for an in depth review of your hosting plan:
