Server Down?

Hi,

All my websites are down… Godaddy server are down? I’ve linux shared hosting and it is always going down or running slow.

I’ve another hosting account but i cant move all my content to that account.

Can someone tell me what is the problem in godaddy server?

It’s the same for me.. for more than 8 hrs all of my sites are down..

Website displays “Could not connect to http://www.website.com“.

Well i dont get any error, simply it dont load. You can try http://www.djmozack.net. It is the root domain.

I sent a support ticket but nothing, yet. I’ve received the alert of this problem at 07 AM GMT 0, now it’s 13 hours and nothing yet.

I dont know what can i do to resolve this. But i’ve my stores off…

My site has been down for about 36 hours,
I called when it was down for 4 hours and they said they could not tell me what was wrong, but it was being worked on and it should be fixed between 24 and 48 hours. Nobody contacted me that the site was down or that there was a problem.
Now I just called them again, and they said an event they initiated did not complete and they would do it again and stand by to watch and make sure it goes through.
I said do they know what went wrong, and he said he did not know and it was not possible for me to talk to someone who did, but they would let me know by email.
So I said it should be fixed in another 10 hours or so,
and he said no, it would now be between another 24 and 72 hours because they have thousands of customers and I am in the que.
I said that might be a total of over 100 hours down, and he said “possibly”.
I could not believe it, and told him so …
but what was worst, is that he said that is the way it is,
and when signing off he said “have a good day”.

I called cust serv and they say that all servers are having trouble!
It is not good, but what can I do?
WAIT! So, I will keep looking to see when the problem is fixed.

Does this frequently occur?

I have just recently purchased web hosting and his is not looking good.

I am being encouraged to ask for a refund and seek hosting via another provider.

Sorry to hear your sites are not working. There are no known issues with all the servers not working properly. Please provide us your domain name and what is happening so we can look into this further.

This is definitely not a frequent occurrence. However, we have multiple servers and would need to review each site individually. If you have not contacted support about problems with your site loading you may want to speak to them first. They can provide specific information about your hosting account for review. They can be reached at http://support.godaddy.com/support.

Let us know the domain names so we can review this further.

Been having trouble all week, tech support said that they were having issues with an entire data center or something, looks like we are down again (as of 5 minutes ago… on hold with GoDaddy Support, feel its where I have spent most of my week!!)

You guys used to be reliable, I am afraid you are not able to handle your client base anymore, which is sad because I am a reseller and have put over 100 clients on GoDaddy

My site is down second time in two days! Shame on GD! I’m gonna move out my site from GoDaddy ASAP. I always say – if you can’t do your job well just go do something else. GD go sweep the floors!
