toast23 said 2 years, 1 month ago:
I have had intermittent problems. My site is DavidSebastian3D.com. When I am uploading I have long load times and http errors, server errors and simply not ever loading dashboard. These aren’t all the time but often. I also see my site generally loads very slowly.

mine did aswell http://www.filmygoss.com
THis has been happening to me for the last 1 week, it is exactly when i shifted to Godaddy. I am constatly contacting the techie guys at godaddy and in return i get the worst response asking me questions like what is your browser, what version is ur browser and beep.
The way Godaddy advertises themselves saying that they give 99% uptime is totally crap. They should remove it from their website.

@ShawnSmithNC,
I see that you have already posted about similar issues with your own site at the following URL:
@jvyda,
I am sorry to hear about your experience with our support. I would be more than happy to look into the issues you were having with your own site. However, when reviewing public DNS records on your domain, I see that filmygoss.com is directing to third party nameservers and hosting services.
By any chance, is there another domain you still have directed to our hosting services that is encountering issues?
@toast23,
I did look into your own site issues. At the time of my testing, DavidSebastian3D.com was resolving without any delays or errors. I have also look into this concern with our Advanced Support team who has verified that there have been no specific issues with the server your site is associated with that would have caused such errors.
As this is an intermittent issue you have described, I would highly recommend contacting our Live Support when the error is being duplicated, so that we can review the site the moment these issues are occurring.
Our Live Support Department is available 24/7 and can be reached at:

My site is also down today, iamechatronics.com. It will be up for a few minutes, and down again. I cannot update it regularly with this kind of issue. This has been happening since yesterday.

@ClarkJ,
I have looked into this concern on your live site. Right now, I have run multiple tests of your account which all show the site resolving without connection errors or delays. I have also reviewed the server with our advanced support to verify no system alerts on our end that would cause issues. However we did notice a bit of traffic spikes recently that might account for some of the issues you encountered.
I have also noticed that servers recently reviewed are both tied to our Legacy based hosting plans. Generally, when I here of intermittent issues such as the ones indicated here, this can normally be due to high traffic spikes encountered on CMS based site pages still being hosted through our Legacy plans.
When you are managing database-driven sites (such as Joomla or WordPress) or if you host multiple sites in one account, we always recommend using our 4GH Hosting. Many times an intermittent issue; such as the ones indicated in this thread, are reported resolved once a member moves their site to a 4GH plan
Our 4GH Hosting is a much more flexible platform that will allocate additional resources as traffic on your site spikes. 4GH Hosting will also allow for growth on your site, as it offers increased scalability.
Furthermore, if your site utilizes databases (which most CMS sites do), it is recommended that you optimize the database on a regular basis. This allows the database queries to run more efficiently on the server.
@everyone,
Keep in mind that although you may be experiencing a similar issue as other users in this thread, if you are not on the same server it may or may not be related. In order to properly look into these issues, it is always recommended to contact our Live Support the moment the issues are being encountered. If you let our Support Team know at the time the matter is occurring, we can check our servers and work to resolve any issue that may present itself.

Hi… can’t seem to access my site saniabajaj.com. Is the server down?
chrisg said 1 year, 1 month ago:
@dharmender,
I was not able to duplicate any issues with shahiraenterprises.com appearing down at this time. I have even ran multiple connection tests locally as well as through Host Tracking services that have reported back an average response speed of 1 second.
If you are having issues seeing your live pages locally, You may want to test connections through a proxy service to verify the content being displayed online. Several Proxy services are available through your preferred search engine.

@johnie,
I am also not seeing any issue with saniabajaj.com appearing down at this time. Connection tests are also confirming similar response speed results like those I ran for @dharmender.
You may want to run tests through a proxy service as well to verify that your pages are live at this time. If the issues seeing your pages are just occurring locally, I would suggest running a trace to your domain to confirm if connections are actually being established with the hosting account.
