@Gunner,
Judging from the default welcome page that is resolving, it looks like your domain is already successfully setup for the hosting account. You should be able to begin managing the settings of your hosting account through the Hosting Control Center interface we provide as well as upload content via FTP.
If you are encountering any kind of access issues or errors into your hosting account, I would urge contacting our Live Support so we can investigate this further.

@rakesh80,
I am not showing any active registration for the domain FLOWFLUID.COM when reviewing Public WhoIs information. Are you sure that you visited our Domain Registration page to purchase this name?
If you have a receipt confirming purchase of the domain, I would recommend reaching out to our Live Support via phone or email so we can further investigate this matter within your account.

Sir, i got the “Hosting – Web – Deluxe – Windows – AP Region ” plan and then i went to “my products” and launched the control panel. In the control panel i added the domain name and it still showing as setup primary.So what i should do to register it ?

@rakesh80,
Purchase and setup of a Hosting account does not automatically register the domain name for use in your account. As I mentioned previously, you would need to purchase a registration for the name from our Domain Registration page to secure the name for use towards your hosting account.
Once the domain is registered and active within your Domain Manager interface, you will want to make sure you have this directed to our hosting nameservers. You will want to refer to the information provided in the following article to accomplish this:
Setting Nameservers for Your Domain Names

I just register a domain and a hosting server.
But in my server management, the primary status is setup, does that mean I have to wait until you guys finish all the preparation?
What puzzles me is that I got the email from godaddy and it shows like below:
…………………………………………………….
Dear xxx:
Good news! Your hosting account is active. What you do next depends on what you want to accomplish. You can:
Upload site content
Set up email
Update DNS settings*
Set up WordPress
Does this mean everything is all right?
My domain is http://www.bingege.com
thanks!

@binbin,
The “Setup” status being reported confirms the email notice you received. While in this status, your hosting account is active and ready for use. There should not be any further preparation required from our end for you to start using the account.

Hi the domain name account is changed but the status is still ‘Setup Primary’. Already there is more 60 hours has gone.
Domain Name: http://www.sparkledarling.com
Please help me..

@dharan,
I just checked the domain in question and I see it resolving without any issue to live site pages hosted through our network. Even reviewing the public DNS settings of the domain, I confirmed it is resolving to our nameservers and a hosted IP. This would indicate that the hosting plan should be “Setup” and currently active.
Where are you seeing it report “Setup Primary” in your Hosting Control Center?
